Martha Pullen has just published a beautiful Christening gown book featuring five of Sew Beautiful’s most exquisite gowns with full sized patterns and instructions.  This book includes fabulous color photographs and a section on embellishing techniques and heirloom sewing techniques.

I am honored to have my Trinity Cross Christening Gown selected to be showcased in this beautifulbook. The gown features machine embroideredsmocking, laceshaping, adouble Madeira appliqué hem and machine embroidery. I would love to share it will all of you who visit my web site, so I have made it available for you to order.

The CD for this lovely lady’s nightgown includes the instructions for the French Sewing techniques by machine (and serger); including pintucks and a lovely scallop pintuck hem. Four beautiful embroidery designs, including the combined design used on the nightgown are included in multi-formats. The patterns for the nightgown, size small to extra large, are also included in the PDF file.

You will be so pleased seeing how quickly you can construct this fun bag on the serger that you will want to use your serger for sewing everything.
